Niagara Falls Projects was an artist-led art project space in Brighton UK co-founded by James William Murray and Martin Seeds.

NFP was established with the aim to produce excellent contemporary art projects by artists working in all media.

In 2017 Murray and Seeds renovated a semi-derelict garage and adjoining workshops, replacing windows, building dividing walls, painting the floor, having a new roof fitted, and installing new lighting to make a space in which to showcase contemporary art.

The project space was located 20 minutes walking distance from Brighton central station in the residential area of Hanover.

In 2020 we presented our final project with Reinis Lismanis, which was an off-site project art Brighton Centre for Contemporary Arts.

James and Martin would like to thank all the artists we worked with, and everyone who attended the projects – good times!
